Hey everyone! Welcome to Day 7 of the 12 Tags of Christmas with a feminine twist! Today we're playing with Avery Elle and creating tags in a pink, mint and gold color scheme.
To create my tag, first I die cut a tag shape die and then stamped and colored in my christmas-y birch trees with copic markers to match the color theme!
Next, I added a snowdrift to the bottom of each tag cutting with a die to create a pierced border.
Then, I stamped and die cut a deer, coloring him to match as well.
Then I colored the bear and placed him on the tag with some dimensional foam. I did the same with the deer.
Finally, to tie in the gold, I die cut a gold border with a die and some gold foil cardstock.
I added the die cut gold foil to the bottom of the tag and then pulled some of my favorite mini gold star sequins to sprinkle across the card.
To tie my ribbon I folded a piece of ribbon and threaded it through the tag hole.
Then, through the loop, I tied some gold thread around the ribbon to secure it. Here's what it looks like from behind.
And here the tags are completed. Super sweet and very feminine!
Thank you so much and now be sure to scroll to see what Elena has created too!
