#2. Watercolor
Another fun and easy way to create a rainbow effect is to watercolor! Just pull out your favorite supplies for watercoloring and apply some gorgeous ROYGBIV puddles of color to cardstock, perhaps over an embossed background for a resist effect like Heather used in the article below...

#3. Die Cut
Die cuts are also a great way to add rainbows! Use ROYGBIV colors of cardstock with any dies to build your own rainbow like this beautiful card by Heather...
Or use a rainbow die cut! For this card, I used the Paper Smooches Rainbow die and cut it from Solar White cardstock. I used Distress Inks to add my rainbow colors and then nestled the rainbow inside the O of LOVE. Many bold letters or shapes would work well so get creative! A rainbow coming out of a heart or star? Gorgeous!
