Hi everyone and welcome to the Classroom! Today, I'm sharing a few tips - but my favorite is how to fix goofs! I'm always accidentally coloring outside the lines and today I thought it would be fun to share how I fix that!
First, I stamped all my images and die cut them out.
Then I colored the images in!
I'll share how to touch them up at the end!
Then, I die cut my panel.
I began ink blending a custom background. I just love this technique!
In the middle, I lightly added some blue-green.
And then at the bottom, I added green for grass.
I adhered it to my card base.
Then, I die cut out a banner and stamped a sentiment.
Finally, I positioned all the images with foam adhesive.
With all the images placed, I added stamped music notes and stars. Such a fun party scene, right?
To add some interest, I gave them dotted white gel pen cheeks!
Now, if you look closely by the horn and below the kangaroo's mouth, you can see I've goofed and colored outside the lines.
To fix this, I simply use my white gel pen and run it right over what I need to cover up. Super easy and it works every time!
