Today's topic, a super oldie but, nevertheless, a goodlie:  Faux embossing.

whaaaaat...????  

how the heck do you "faux" emboss something????

 

Lemme start at the beginning. :)

I had an idea that I wanted the word "thanks", multiple times, in an embossed background. But, hey, I don't have an embossing folder like that. To the rescue, an ages old technique I hadn't done in so long, I'd forgotten about it!
