There's nothing like the need for a specific card for a little motivation! My youngest daughter's choir teacher for the past two years and his wife just had their first baby (a girl!), so we wanted to give them a little something special. I've had my eye on Tim Holtz's blueprint series of stamps for quite some time, and this mini set of four baby stamps was just perfect for today's card! Here's how it came together:
After stamping two of the four Mini Blueprints Baby images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Neenah Solar White 110 Lb. Cardstock, I colored them with these Copic Sketch markers:
Next I die cut Taylored Expressions Frame in Frame from Tim Holtz Deco Sheets (silver glitter paper). This paper is backed with adhesive already, so I die cut another frame from Solar White cardstock and adhered the glitter paper to the cardstock frame to give it more stability. The frame was adhered over the trimmed image piece and the two popped up with X-Press It Foam Tape on a Neenah Solar White 110 Lb. Cardstock base.
To finish the card, I die cut the Congrats sentiment from the Essentials by Ellen Zipper Panel die set from Solar White cardstock and colored it with the same Copic RV63 marker I used on the images. The final touch is Glossy Accents covering the pink heart on the stroller!
Thank you so much for joining me today! ~ Sharon
