Hi Friends, Carolyn Peeler with you on this Tuesday morning. Today is my last visit in the CLASSroom before Christmas, so I want to take this opportunity to wish you and yours a very merry Christmas & holiday season. May your holidays be filled with memorable moments and meaningful times with the ones you love.
With Christmas coming in a few short weeks, the most pressing thing on my crafting agenda is to make more Christmas cards to give to family and friends. So I wanted to design something that was pretty and simple, yet still had a homespun, shabby-chic touch. I put together a short tutorial to walk you through the process for this easy (and mass produceable!) design. If you have any questions, please let me know in the comments field and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note, in the video I mention Aqua cardstock, then immediately correct to indicate that the background for my card front is Aqua patterned paper from the Juniper Berry 6x6 Basic Grey paper pad. I don't want anyone to be confused. The only cardstock I used is the white cardstock that I used for my card base, the banner and the tree die cut :)
Merry Christmas!
