Ellen and I have returned from CHA 2015 down in Anaheim and, as always, there is lots to share--that we have been sharing, anyway, as fast as our fingers can fly across touchscreen keyboards and the interwebs! Due to an unfortunate mis-hap, our girl Ellen fell down the stairs about a month ago, breaking her foot! OUCH!!! But, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do... ;) With a sparkly red scooter, a girl can go just about anywhere in comfort and style! I hitched a ride every now and then, too... *chuckle*
Ellen and I are like peas & carrots--our first thought when arriving at Anaheim? Food, of course! Table-side guacamole ala Tortilla Joe's in Downtown Disney.
And, when it quit raining (yes, it actually RAINED while we were there!!! How dare!!!), we headed to the square for some street meat! Interestingly, that day's lunch was accompanied by a miniature pair of scuba fins... Don't ask; we don't know. They were just randomly there. LOL!
We learned a number of things, being inquisitive and curious crafters...
We explored "Kaleidolines" for the first time, thanks to the awesome staff at Kuretake/Zig. And, a little FYI: The name of this art form comes from Greek, "kalos"=beautiful and "eidos"= shape, and of course the English word "lines".

And, just in case you weren't aware, "Marsala" is the color of the year, according to Pantone. Cool beans, eh?!
Much as we love seeing all the great new products coming out from our favorite manufacturers, it wouldn't be half as much fun if we didn't also have the chance to connect with the many friends we've made throughout the industry... #selfieswithfriendsarethebestest
