Happy World Card Making Day!! I'm so excited to have a Sketch Challenge and some Blog Candy for you today! Here is the sketch for you to try. The measurements are given as a guide only. Your card can vary from this as long as the general layout can be recognized. It is also fine to rotate the sketch 90 degrees, if desired.
Here is the card I made using the sketch.
After tying the ribbon on my card today, I trimmed the ends. This left a couple of almost-2" pieces of ribbon. Here's something to do with those extra pieces of ribbon that feel just a little too long to throw away.
I attached glue dots to one end of each piece and tucked them under the flower.
After trimming the ribbon a second time, the extra pieces were only about 1/4". I can part with that! And I love the look of the additional pieces of ribbon with the flower.
Hope you will join in the fun and give this sketch a try.
Happy Crafting!!
