I just adore those little Robin's Nest Dew Drops so I thought of a way to make a fun flower center with them. I would love to see your uses with them
Supplies:
Distress Ink Pad, Frayed Burlap
Adirondack Dye Ink Pad, Peach Bellini
You Light Up My Life (Memory Box)
Cosmo Cricket 6" Mini Deck Paper Pad, Jolly By Golly
Crystal Clear Plastic, 8" x 8" sheets
EE Notecards and Envelopes, Endive (Memory Box)
run the flower die through on a thick clear sheet. You may need to cut the die shape out with scissors
Bend the flower petals in towards the center. Add bunches of large Zots to the center of the clear flower
Press dew drops on top of the adhesive center (do not adhere the clear flower center to the large white flower...yet.
Add a stamped pattern to the white flower by inking up the daisy chain stamp and press the flower on top...rub across the petals with your fingers or place some scrap paper over the flower and press on the paper
draw a leaf shape onto the inside of a card base and cut 2 identical leaves
Add machine stitches to each leaf.
Stamp the sentiment onto the same paper as the leaves and cut paper strips.
To complete the card, add the large flower to a Cosmo Cricket paper base. Tear the left side of the paper and add under the patterned portion. Machine sew along the tear and add the sentiment to the bottom left corner. I hope you have enjoyed this sun-shiney flower card.
Thank you for stopping by :)
