ETA: This Sketch Challenge is now closed. Due to problems with Mister Linky I have transferred all participants and links to their projects to THIS POST. Thank you for joining in the fun!
I hope that you have had a wonderful day today and because it is National Scrapbooking Day I hope that you have had a chance to be creative. Perhaps even creating something that will help you remember a special moment in your life.
I am so very blessed to have the most amazing women supporting and helping me. In "planning" (said very loosely, because I was having to move at lightning speed to pull this together), I suggested to the girls that we do a sketch challenge. They willingly agreed and we were set, that is all but the sketch! Trina (my youngest daughter) was hit big time with allergies this week and ended up with a double ear infection - needless to say I have scrambled all week trying to be a mom, as well as pull this "spring fling" together.
Susan stopped by work to pick up a few supplies on Tuesday. She saw that I had my hands full, with my little one there at work on the couch. We had to zoom out the door to our doctor's appointment. When I checked email in the middle of the night (because yes, I was working - LOL) there was a message AND a sketch which Susan had put together. I just wanted to give her the biggest hug!
SKETCH PROVIDED BY SUSAN ROBERTS - THANK YOU SUSAN so much for helping me out!!!
So here is the sketch that the girls will be revealing their creations for tomorrow!!! Be certain to stop back because they are all simply stunning!
I am sharing this sketch early so that you can participate! We hope that you will join this challenge and share your version of this sketch. To play along you must link to your exact post using the Mister Linky's Magical Widget below. To enter your link please follow these simple directions:
- Type your name in the "Your name:" box below,
- Go to the website page where you have a picture of your challenge creation. If it is in a forum gallery open up your gallery to the window that displays your project. Copy the address that shows in your browser bar and paste it in the "Your URL:" box below,
- Alternately if your project is posted on your blog, be certain to open the exact post in which your project is displayed. It is too difficult for others to scroll through pages of entries to find your challenge post. This will assure that others will see your project.
You have until 11:59p on Wednesday, May 6th to complete your project and link it up. We will do a random number drawing including all those who participate and complete their project by that time. The random winner of this challenge will receive our May Stamp of the Month Packet. Following this post I will share how I used Susan's sketch to create this month's project.
