Karen Lockhart's sweet Ornament Angel is the center of attention on this holiday card. I stamped her with Tuxedo Black Memento ink on ivory shimmer cardstock and colored her with Copic markers Y00, Y21, YR23, E15, E00, YG 93, YG95, R46, R35 and shadowed her with W1. Clear Spica glitter pen accents her hair and wings.
The angel was cut with Spellbinders Classic Circle Nestabilities. The gold frame was made from metallic cardstock -- I cut the Classic Scalloped Circle Nestability first, then centered the Classic Circle within the Scalloped, to cut the frame. Holes were punched in each scallop, then sheer ivory ribbon threaded through the holes.
The frame was popped up over the angel piece, onto this beautiful Webster's Pages paper. The top red piece of paper was embossed and pierced with the Victorian Pierceabilities die (hopefully arriving very soon to the store). Card base is 5.50" square Neenah Classic Cream.
Thanks for stopping by today . . . I hope this gives you some more Christmas inspiration!
