I have literally been bursting inside waiting for this week to progress. It has been like a big birthday celebration around here lately. With each box that arrives I just pretend like it is my birthday, as I eagerly open each box and gaze at the contents within. OK, so perhaps I'm a little odd, but I love the smell of new paper, the feel of gorgeous ribbon and most of all the color - all the color that is awaiting my exploration.
Not only that, BUT we have a FABULOUS designer joining our team of incredible teachers. I'm not going to spill the beans - you will just have to stalk the CLASSroom to watch for her post tonight at midnight Pacific time.
I had to - I couldn't help myself - I just had to color the latest fall image that Karen has just released. This cornucopia is FABULOUS!!! I can hardly wait to share the step-by-step pictures and the final creation with you all. This is the starting point to what I hope will become something fun. Look at the layers, and leaves - I promise I will share how to create this little 3-D lovely soon!
Now on to the so much more that has arrived this past week:
- BRAND NEW Lockhart stamp release, including the newest Limited Edition (three additional Itty Bitty's will soon be joining this mix Ü) be certain to pick these up to start your holiday creating,
- Hero Arts stamps (you asked and so we are trying our best to begin to meet your needs, slow and steady with these - there is a lot of fabulous goodness there to have to pick from!)
- Hero Arts and Basic Grey new embellishments - KEWL new felt, bling and art flowers!!
- 6x6 papers - Nook and Pantry is to arrive in October sometime, but Eerie, Eskimo Kisses and Indian Summer should satisfy your thirst for new BG goodies, nothing like the new Cosmo Mini Decks, Memory Box will sweep you off your feet AND Webster's Pages 6x6 just snuck in the door this afternoon (so I will do my best to put it up tomorrow )- yummalicious!!!
- Dies galore! you will not want to miss our latest newsletter to see what it is that I've been up to. If you haven't signed up be certain to visit the home page of our store and scroll to the bottom to be added to our list of those who get to hear our latest news first.
- and last, but not least is FINALLY we have more COPIC markers on their way (yes, ALL the colors are supposed to be in the next box - for those who just weren't satisfied with my selection of 96 - LOL! Yes, a girl must have color options Ü), so we will be at an all time full house here soon.
I am so thrilled to be surrounded by such incredibly wonderful women, who have talent just oozing from every pore. Yes, I am bursting - bursting with excitement for the good things you will all be able to enjoy that they dish out for us all each week. Yes, I'm a kid in a candy store and the good news is that this candy doesn't put the pounds on me - LOL! So head over to the CLASSroom at midnight tonight to see who is joining our fabulous team and leave her a welcome message (purty please, with sugar on top)!!
ACK!! A candy wreath!!! Love it!! Ellen sweets your coloring amazes me!!! Miss you!

Ellen you are a magician - the absolute best at bringing a flat stamped image to life. I can almost feel the separate elements in the cornucopia and can't wait to see your tutorial on creating this beauty.

I was going to email you today to see when Karen's new stamps were out! She told me about a few of them when I emailed her after she moved. They are adorable, aren't they?! And no, you are not odd for getting all excited about receiving your shipments of stamps, paper, ribbons, etc. Not at all! I'm the same way!
