Ellen Hutson LLC Wish List Feature

The Wish List feature allows you to create a list of items you would like to purchase from our store and save it for an indefinite period of time. It will help you store information for the products that you may want to purchase in the future, eliminating the time and frustration it takes to search for those items again when returning to our site. You can also e-mail this Wish List to family and friends.

Wish List

How it works?
To begin using the Wish List feature you must be signed in.
  • If you are a registered customer simply sign-in before you start browsing. Use your current e-mail address and password.
  • If you are a new customer just follow the prompts and fill in the blanks on the Customer Registration page. You will be up and registered quickly.
Now you can start browsing. If you see a produt that you would like to add to your Wish List, click on that product, and the description window will pop open. You can now either add this product to your cart or to your wish list.

You can view or search for your current Wish List in two ways:
  • Sign in and then simply click on "Wish List" in the top line of our store heading and your current items will be displayed.
  • Click on "Wish List" and then in the "Find a Wish List" box enter your name. You can use your first name, last name, or a combination of both first and last names.

Wish List Appearance

Please note that no one will be able to view your address or your last name. Your "Wish List" will only include your first name, last initial and state. We felt that for privacy purposes this would be best. When checking out the individual purchasing a gift for you will need to know your shipping address and enter it if they would like to send their purchase directly to you, otherwise they will have it sent to the address they have on file.

Wish List Email

If you choose to e-mail your list to someone the e-mail contains your first and last name (the owner of the Wish List), our store logo (which is a link to the store), and a link to your Wish List. Recipients can then add items from this Wish List to their shopping cart.

The "Reserve" button marks the item as Reserved by a shopper, it does NOT put this item on hold here in the warehouse. It lets other shoppers know that someone is planning on purchasing that item and they should consider other items on the list. Think of this as being similar to a wedding gift registry when someone is planning on purchasing an item on the list. The purpose of the wish list "reserve" functionality is to provide a way for wish list viewers to let other wish list viewers know of their intention to purchase a wish list item. If their intention changes, they are able to "unreserve" the item.

When using your Wish List to shop, add your item of choice to your shopping cart and then select remove if you would like to have this item removed from your wish list. If it is an item that you purchase regularly simply leave it in place and you will be able to find it easily the next time you shop with us.

If you have had an item on your wish list and then suddenly it does not show up it more likely than not means that it is no longer available in our store. If it is "out of stock" it will tell you this if you click on the product link and/or when you try and add it to your cart.

We hope that this feature is one that you will find useful and save you time and frustration. We are thrilled to finally have it in place and hope it makes your shopping experience with us even better!
