Hi everyone! Are you enjoying Lawn Fawn week? I absolutely love the Lawn Fawn brand so this week was extra fun for me! Today, for my card, I thought it would be fun to show how you can create the look of colored card stock with all white card stock and simple inks and markers.
Next, I die cut my smiley face and colored that with grey marker!
Next, to create the horn - I wanted it glittery! So I used a piece of scor tape and adhered it to card stock.
Then, I added white glitter and pressed it into the score tape.
Next, I cut his belly from white card stock. I assembled it loosely to make sure I was liking the progress.
To color his cheeks, I colored pink marker and then die cut the circles.
Once everything was cut and colored, I assembled and glued it together.
Next, I stamped a sentiment and die cut with a banner from another stamp set. I love being able to use banner die shapes on cards - you don't even need the matching stamp!
For the waves, I die cut white card stock twice and colored them in blue!
I tied my favorite twine EVER around a piece of speckled ivory card stock.
Then I assembled all the pieces on the card panel.
Next, I decided I needed some accent stars. I colored yellow on white cardstock and cut a bunch out.
To finish it off, I added sequins!
Thanks so much for stopping by and joining in more Lawn Fawn fun!
I hope you have a terrific day!
