5 Golden Rings is always my favorite part of the 12 days of Christmas song, so I was thrilled to find out that I had day 5 :) I chose to highlight a 5 petal flower with 5 fun embellishments.

Distressed Stickles, Antique Linen
Creative Candy Twinkle Stickers, Mini Dot
Adirondack Dye Ink Pad, Pitch Black
Nestability Dies - Labels Four
Basic Grey Brads, June Bug Glazed, Basic Grey Opaline Half Pearls, Teal/Aquamarine, Basic Grey Brads, June Bug, Basic Grey 12"x12" Collection Pack, Nook and Pantry
Studio Acrylic Paint, Sable Brown, Studio Acrylic Paint, Charcoal Black, Studio Acrylic Paint, Blank Canvas
Cut the decorative edges shape with a Nestability and use as a perfect template on the corners of the card base. Trace onto the back of the paper with pencil and cut along the line
gently ink the edges
gather a paper plate to blend paints
mix white, brown and black paint with stickles. The Stickles will add a subtle metallic look.
add paint to the polka dot backgrounder and press onto the card base
Paint the flower, allow to dry and fold edges of the flower to add dimension. Add paint to the paper edges and stamp sentiment. Embellish the flower center with 5 random embellishments. Complete with a paper leaf with painted edges as well. This is a playful card that I hope you will try out and have fun with.
