I love the education aspect , not many online stores teach you how to use the products they sell. I am more apt to purchase a product if can lean how to use it before or soon after I purchase it .

It's a close tie between customer service and education. Service is huge for me, so if forced to choose, I'll say service.

I enjoy many things about your site. The customer service is excellent and those special little goodies tucked in with orders are greatly appreciated. Your store offers many art supplies in addition to Lockhart and CHF stamps. I especially enjoy your "classroom". I've learned about soldering, which I probably never would have tried otherwise. Of course, the ideas usually entice me to open my wallet! Thanks for the opportunity to win.

Everything you mentioned I like. Most important is knowing any item you carry comes with the Ellen backing. Meaning you've tested it and it meets your standards. I have ordered many times from you and have never been disappointed. LOVE all you do! Thanks and hugs.

Customer Service...definitely the best. I love the little Thank You cards tucked into my orders, the range of products the store has, prompt delivery, how nicely everything was packed into the shipping box. I also love the Stamp of the Month packages that are put together. I like the idea that I can get enough materials all at once and put a few cards together rather quickly. There are times I struggle with coordinating color choices, so having them pre-picked works well for me. I could go on, but I'll need a blog of my own!
